I love the watch especially with the rose colored gold and black watch band. It looks very classy.Of most importance for my 75 year old eyes I can read it easily.The strap is very comfortable and easy to manipulate . The price was well below what I would pay for a watch that looks this good.So far it’s keeping the time perfectly so I am very happy.

This is an awsum watch ! It's large enough to see the time without even bending your arm . The time is actually accurate and hasn't lost or moved ahead since being set. I just bought two more colored watch bands for it which is another great function of the watch, easy change bands ! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. The price was great too ! I've always worn Bulova watches and thought I'd try this one and am so glad I did. I needed a watch for work and this is stylish enough I will wear outside of work as well.

I think this watch is pretty and it’s big enough to read the numbers with my older eyesight. Lost my iwatch and didn’t want to spend the money to replace it. This is a great value for the money.

When my watch arrived, I put it on immediately and realized it was way too big. As I was looking at it, I realized that there is a link that snaps off and now it fits perfectly.The watch has a very elegant look. Great price.

Just a plain little wrist watch with actual numbers on a white background that are easy to see. The watch is a nice size that you can wear with anything. The night light dial is a plus.

I bought this watch after two months of shopping, warily expecting the issues other reviewers mentioned: doesn't keep good time, too shiny, hard to adjust the band. I thought at least it's so cheap I can get another if it's no good, and I liked the listed features.For my watch at least, none of those issues were true. I've been wearing it since it arrived two days ago, and the time it keeps seems perfect (and it's easy to read, with the clear yet subtle gold dots for each minute).Appearance: the finish is exactly what I was expecting--shiny, polished brass--and I like it. It doesn't seem too bright or tacky to me. It's simple, classic-looking, and elegant. I like the quiet rainbow sheen of the mother-of-pearl dial, and I love that the numbers are in gold instead of black or some more obvious shade.As far the fit and adjustment: I have small wrists (6 1/8" around, or .15.3 cm), and the band nearly fit out of the box. I didn't like that it slid around, so I took out three links using a tutorial from The Watch Prince>Info>"Removing a Link: Expansion." I had no problems making this simple adjustment, but I do have some experience making jewelry and fixing sewing machines, so I'm familiar with adjusting tiny metal bits. I also had two pairs of precision needle-nose pliers. If you don't have a tool like that, it would be hard.Based on the proportions in the picture, the watch is smaller than I expected, even after holding up a ruler to see what a 25.5 mm case and 12 mm band would look like. Quite flattering on my small frame. I think the pictured watch has had the band shortened dramatically.The tick is audible if I put it up to my ear but otherwise I have not noticed it (I have no noticeable hearing loss).The practicality features are wonderful. The backlight works well: you push in the stem (the knob for setting the time) and the light glows. As soon as you release the stem, the light stops. I love that there are numbers on every hour marker, and thin black lines on every minute, and all without sacrificing beauty.The expansion (spring) band is also convenient, although I prefer the look of regular link bands. I was planning to buy a regular metal band for $10-20 and replace it myself, but now that I'm wearing it, I'm very happy with the original band.Highly recommended.

Have worn this model and loved it for many years. It's lightweight, doesn't get in the way and keeps time perfectly. When the band finally started wearing out at the same time the battery finally gave out I decided to use an Amazon gift card to get a new one for free (if I hadn't had the gift card I'd definitely have replaced band and battery on the old one because I love this watch so much). I have worn it while gardening, exercising, doing all kinds of DIY projects and it has held up to all kinds of banging around. It has gotten splashed with water numerous times from the garden hose and once accidentally dropped in the goldfish pond for 30 minutes and lived up to the Timex "keeps on ticking" motto.My new watch looks identical in every respect to my old one, for once it seems a company has kept a good thing going. It's keeping perfect time so far (6 weeks) and on close inspection I can't detect any signs of cheapening/substitution in the manufacturing from my old one.It's a pretty, classic design, watch face size and shape are perfect for my taste, not too big or too small, and the font used for the numbers is very attractive so I don't feel like such an "old lady" for wanting an "Easy Reader" watch.Some commenters write that the band on the current watch is shorter than older versions, attaching photo of my old (10+ years) and new ones, length is exactly the same on mine.Some commenters write that the watch band is too short, period - laid out flat band + watch + buckle = 8 inches. Fastened using the second hole from the end the circumference of band + watch = 7.5 inches, so if your wrist is on the larger/thicker side I do recommend you measure your wrist and current watch before you order. I have a 6 inch wrist and buckle on the 3rd or 4th hole depending on what I'm doing.Some commenters write that the band is too stiff - if you've had this watch before, the new one feels exactly like the old one did when you started. It is a bit stiff at first (hey, for this price I don't expect glove leather!) but after a month it's already getting a lot more flexible day by day just as the old one did, just needs a breaking-in period. Working the band with your fingers a bit every day before putting on and after taking off speeds up the process, massaging in a drop or three of Lexol speeds it up too. Again, I'm fine with that for this price!All in all I'm super-happy to find that this is the same pretty and practical watch I have loved for years. Thank you Timex!
