3. Data Protection Officer and Contact Details

4. Personal data we collect and process

We collect personal data when you use our services, register for a new easypaybuy account, provide information using web forms, add or update easypaybuy account information, participate in discussions in our online community, or otherwise interact with us. We may also collect personal data from sources such as other easypaybuy Inc. business members, credit bureaus and data providers.

5. Purpose and legal basis of data processing and classification of data recipients

We process your personal data for various purposes, subject to the appropriate legal basis, such as providing and improving the service, providing you with a personalised experience on this website, communicating with you about your easypaybuy account and our services To contact, provide customer service, provide you with personalized advertising and marketing communications and detect, or prevent, reduce and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities, etc. For the above purposes, we will share your information with third parties, including service providers who perform related work on our behalf. In addition, we may share your personal data with other easypaybuy Group members in order to fulfill our membership agreement with you and the Payment Terms of Use (if applicable).

6. International Data Transfers

Some of the recipients of your personal data may be located outside your country, or the data protection laws of the country where the office is located may provide a different level of protection than the laws of your country. We provide appropriate safeguards when we transfer personal data to these recipients.

7. Storage Period and Deletion

To the extent necessary for the processing purposes set out in this Member Privacy Notice (for more information on processing purposes, please refer to "5. Purpose and legal basis of data processing and classification of data recipients", we and service providers will store your personal data in accordance with the data protection laws. We will subsequently delete your personal data in accordance with the data retention and deletion policy or take steps to properly anonymize the data, unless we are legally obligated or permitted to keep your personal data The data is longer (for example: for legal, tax, accounting or auditing purposes, or to detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity on easypaybuy). In Europe, the data retention period is generally 6 to 10 years (for example: contracts, notices and business correspondence). To the extent permitted or required by law, we will restrict the processing of your data (e.g. restrict access) rather than delete it. This applies in particular where we may still need the data for the performance of a contract or for legal claims Cases of assertion or defense, or retention of data as otherwise required or permitted by law. In these cases, the period of restriction of processing depends on the statutory restriction or retention period in the respective case. After the relevant restriction or retention period expires, the data will be deleted.

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing and portability of your personal data, subject to possible restrictions under national law.
