Excellent, versatile, and the modular design rewards creativity.The ’dog leash’ style clips break at somewhere around 50 lbs of force by my estimation, so if you want to get thrown around by these or otherwise put significant stress on them I would recommend using stronger carabiners or some other more durable clip, but they are easy to replace.Velcro is very good for safety (easy to undo in a hurry for any reason), and easy to adjust to the perfect level of tightness (do not cut off circulation to wrists, it can cause nerve damage).Excellent deal for the price, one star removed for breaking under significant stress in a way that is easy to repair on my own.

I'm on the fence about this BDSM leg spreader set. The bar comes in several parts that you need to screw together, and it feels a bit flimsy once assembled. The restraints work ok, though the quality is somewhat basic. The carabiners, in particular, are quite small and can be tricky to use, which makes quick adjustments challenging.Overall, it’s an okay starter set, but I’d recommend it more for beginners or lighter use.Edit: even though it was pass the return period I have been contacted by seller and offered a refund.
